For creators with an audience and something worth building
We partner with established creators to identify, develop and launch useful products shaped by what their audiences already value and need.
Selective partnerships · Shared commercial upside
The hardest part may already be built
Every thoughtful question, repeated frustration and request for guidance contains information. Together, those signals can reveal a product that solves a real problem for the people who already trust you.
The opportunity is not to attach an arbitrary product to your following. It is to understand where your experience and your audience’s needs meet—and build something credible there.
A modest response can become meaningful
You do not need to convert a large proportion of your audience for a thoughtfully matched product to create a meaningful commercial asset.
The illustration below assumes that 1% of the total audience purchases a £79 product.

Recognition creates opportunity
Turning trusted knowledge into a focused transformation and commercially viable offer is a distinct discipline.
Comments, messages and recurring questions contain evidence. The work is identifying which problem is important and suitable to solve.
Research, writing, positioning, production and launch management compete with the work that built your audience in the first place.
A product-development partner
The right partner should do more than suggest ideas.
Known to Owned works behind the scenes with creators who have already earned attention and trust. We study what the audience is asking for, identify a focused product opportunity and help take it from early insight to a considered launch.
Our role is not to manufacture a generic product and place your name on it. It is to build something useful around the knowledge, credibility and relationship that are already uniquely yours.
From audience signal to owned product
We examine your positioning, content, audience conversations and recurring questions to locate meaningful demand.
We select a specific problem, articulate the transformation and shape a concept that fits you and your audience.
We research, structure and develop the product collaboratively, preserving your voice and standards.
We create the proposition and sales journey, launch carefully, learn from real response and improve what we have built.
Beyond another piece of content
A defined audience, problem, transformation and reason to buy.
Structured around genuine demand rather than a fashionable format.
A considered way to introduce, sell and improve the product.
An asset that can become part of a broader product ecosystem over time.
The format follows the opportunity
Our initial focus is research-led digital products: practical guides, workbooks, toolkits and resources designed around a specific transformation.
As a partnership develops, the opportunity may extend into courses, memberships, experiences, licensing or physical products.
From fit to first launch
Clear responsibilities, approvals and commercial terms are agreed before work begins.
Tell us about your work, your audience and what they regularly ask you for. We assess the opportunity and mutual fit.
We examine the audience more closely, define the opportunity and agree the product direction and commercial terms.
We develop and launch in partnership, with agreed responsibilities and shared incentives.
A partner, not another task on your list
Instead of approaching every engagement as a conventional supplier relationship, we agree a commercial partnership in which our contribution and participation are connected to the product we build together.
The structure varies according to the opportunity and each party’s contribution. Responsibilities, approvals, ownership, revenue participation and costs are agreed transparently before development begins.
No automatic promises. No one-size-fits-all split. No product is built without mutual agreement.
Who we partner with
A note from the founder
Known to Owned began with a simple observation: many creators have already built the trust, insight and distribution that businesses spend years trying to acquire, yet they still depend heavily on platforms and one-off brand partnerships.
I created Known to Owned to help close that gap—combining careful audience listening, product thinking and practical development to build something useful alongside the person who earned that trust in the first place.

Frequently asked
No. We do not focus on securing sponsorships or managing a creator’s general career. We identify and develop products and commercial assets shaped by the creator’s knowledge and audience demand.
No. Part of our role is to investigate the opportunity and determine whether there is a sufficiently clear problem, transformation and product concept worth pursuing.
We generally look for creators with at least 10,000 followers or an equivalent established audience. Engagement quality, trust and evidence of demand matter more than follower count alone.
No. We take on substantial research, product-development and launch work. You remain involved in direction, expertise, review and approval so the product stays accurate and authentic.
Terms are agreed case by case. Revenue participation, responsibilities, ownership, costs and approvals are set out clearly before development begins.
No responsible partner can guarantee how a market will respond. We aim to reduce avoidable risk by researching carefully, launching thoughtfully and improving the product using real evidence.
The opportunity may already be in the conversation
If you have built an engaged audience around a subject you understand deeply, tell us what you are known for and what your audience repeatedly needs.
Every enquiry is reviewed personally. Submitting this form does not commit either party to a partnership.
